With over 25 years of experience in traditional South Indian vegetarian cooking, our Head Chef brings the authentic flavours of Tamil Nadu's temple kitchens to every plate. Trained under the guidance of Srirangam temple cooks, he has mastered the art of slow-cooked, pure-ingredient cuisine that nourishes both body and soul.

Every morning starts at 4 AM — grinding fresh masalas, tempering spices in pure ghee, and sourcing the finest produce from local farmers. That's the Amuthu difference.
